Client Testimonials
In financial advisory, trust is your only real currency.
Before a prospect ever uses your Gap Calculator or clicks the WhatsApp button to book a meeting, they will look for proof that you actually deliver on your promises. Having a dedicated section for 5-star client reviews is the fastest way to turn a skeptical visitor into a warm lead.
Here is how to manage your "Social Proof" engine on Skandage.
1. Adding a Testimonial Manually
If a client recently texted you a glowing review or sent you a thank-you email, you can easily copy and paste it right onto your site.
- Go to your Dashboard and select Testimonials (or Reviews).
- Click the + Add Testimonial button.
- The Details: Enter your client's name. (If privacy is a concern, using initials like "Mr. J.L." is perfectly acceptable).
- The Title: Add their profession or relationship to you (e.g., "Business Owner," "Client of 5 Years," or "Senior Executive"). This helps prospects relate to your existing clients.
- The Quote: Paste their review and click Save.
2. Generating a Review Link (The Easy Way)
Chasing clients for reviews is awkward. We built a feature to do the heavy lifting for you.
Instead of typing reviews manually, you can send your clients a direct link to submit their own feedback.
- In your Testimonials dashboard, click Generate Review Link.
- Copy the secure link provided.
- Send this link to your clients via WhatsApp or Email after a successful policy review or claim payout.
When your client fills out the form, their review will automatically be routed to your dashboard for your approval before it goes live.
3. Highlighting Your Best Reviews
Not all reviews are created equal. You want your absolute best success stories featured prominently on your homepage.
- In your Testimonials list, you will see a Feature toggle (usually a star icon) next to each review.
- Click this toggle to instantly pin that specific review to the front page of your Skandage Site.
- Keep your featured reviews fresh by rotating them every few months.
Skandage Tip: The most powerful testimonials are specific. A review that says, "He helped me restructure my portfolio to save $500 a month" will always convert more prospects than one that simply says, "Great agent, very friendly." If a client leaves a vague review, it is okay to politely ask if you can add a specific metric they achieved with your help!
