Profile Configuration

Your Skandage Site is not a digital brochure; it is a conversion engine. The Profile Configuration dictates the core identity variables that populate across your chosen framework.

Get these details right, and your site will immediately project enterprise-level trust.


1. Core Identity

Navigate to Dashboard > Profile Settings. This is where you establish your digital baseline.

  • Display Name: Use your professional name as registered with your agency.
  • Professional Title: Be specific. Instead of "Agent," use "Senior Wealth Manager" or "Financial Consultant."
  • Agency Affiliation: Input your respective agency or firm. Note: Ensure your inputs comply with your internal compliance guidelines regarding public affiliations.

Skandage Tip: > Keep your Biography under 3 short paragraphs. High-net-worth prospects skim. Focus on who you help and how you protect their wealth, not just a list of products you sell.

2. Professional Credentials

Trust is verified through credentials. You can add unlimited certifications to your profile, which will automatically format into badges on your live site.

  1. Go to Dashboard > Credentials.
  2. Click + Add Credential.
  3. Input the credential (e.g., MDRT 2025, ChFC®, AWP™).
  4. Reorder them using the drag-and-drop handles to prioritize your highest achievements.

3. Visual Assets

Your headshot is the anchor of your digital presence.

  • The Upload: Navigate to the Media section of your profile.
  • Format: Upload a high-resolution .jpg or .png.
  • Best Practices: We highly recommend a studio-quality portrait with a transparent or clean, solid-color background. Because Skandage Sites support both Light and Dark modes dynamically, a transparent background (.png) ensures your headshot looks flawless regardless of the user's system theme.

4. Contact Vectors

How prospects reach you is critical.

  • Direct Email: Your primary professional email.
  • WhatsApp Link: We automatically generate a secure wa.me routing link based on your registered mobile number.
  • Office Location: (Optional) Add your agency branch address if you conduct physical client meetings.
