Settings

Everything that customizes the app to you, rather than to a specific client, lives here.

Agent Profile​

Your Display Name and Agency / Organization. This feeds the Proposal Engine's cover page automatically, so it's worth setting correctly before you generate anything for a client — see Getting Started.

Appearance​

Toggle Dark Mode on or off.

Preferences​

  • Enable Notifications — get alerted about expiring policies.
  • Default Currency — the base currency (e.g. SGD) used across retirement and wealth projections.

Meeting Calendar​

Connect a Google Calendar and choose which calendar Skandage should read. Once connected, use Scan for meetings to run a match immediately, or let it happen automatically (at most once a day). Full detail on how the matching works is in Sync & Backup.

iCloud Sync (Mac & iPad)​

Turn on sync and tap Sync Now. The panel shows when your data last synced. See Sync & Backup for the full picture, including why this matters for backups.

System​

Shows your installed version and build number, with a Check Updates button. Skandage updates automatically in the background on macOS; on iOS you'll be nudged to update through the App Store, and on Windows this links out to the latest release on GitHub.
