PDF Parsing & Summaries

Manual data entry is dead. The Skandage parsing engine reads official insurer PDFs and instantly extracts the data, allowing you to generate summaries in seconds instead of hours.

1. Automatic Summary Generator​

Consolidating a client's portfolio used to take hours. Now, it takes one click.

  1. Navigate to the Summary tab.
  2. Drag and drop your client's Prudential policy PDFs into the window.
  3. The Magic: The system will automatically read the documents and output a clean, formatted Excel summary.
  4. Smart Appending: If your client already has an existing Excel summary with older policies or policies from other insurers, just upload it! Skandage will intelligently append only the new Prudential policies to the existing sheet without overwriting their history.

2. Prospecting Engine​

When taking over a prospect, you need to know exactly what they already have.

  • Drop in their existing Prudential or AIA PDFs.
  • The system parses their current coverage and creates a profile. You can manually input crucial parameters like their Age, Income, and Housing Loan details to instantly spot coverage gaps.

3. Protection & Wealth Reports​

If you have generated a Sales Quotation System (SQS) PDF for a client, don't just hand them a raw, confusing document.

  • Go to the Protection or Wealth tabs.
  • Upload the SQS PDF.
  • Skandage will digest the numbers and spit out a beautifully branded, easy-to-understand advisory report that you can present to close the case.
