Once the data is parsed, it is time to build the strategy and maintain the relationship.

1. The Retirement Planner

Calculating a realistic retirement timeline requires heavy math. Let Skandage do it.

  1. Go to the Retirement tab.
  2. Select an existing client from your database, or upload their policy summary.
  3. Input their target retirement age, desired monthly payout, and inflation assumptions.
  4. Click Export. The system will generate a comprehensive Retirement Projection in either PDF or Excel format, ready for your presentation.

2. Engagement (Automated CRM)

Relationships drive renewals and referrals. The Engagement tab ensures you never drop the ball.

  • Review Reminders: See exactly who is due for their annual policy review this month.
  • Birthday & Festive Cards: The system tracks dates of birth and major holidays, allowing you to queue up personalized greeting cards directly from your desktop.

3. Performance Tracking

You cannot manage what you do not measure.

  • Open the Performance tab to view your personal agent dashboard.
  • Track your API (Annual Premium Income), case counts, and active client metrics to ensure you are on pace for MDRT or your agency targets.
